7. Logo & Branding Projects

7.2 Marsden Makes Co. retains ownership of: Unused concepts / Rejected concepts / Development work / Preliminary sketches / Design processes / Internal files

7.3 Clients may not resell branding assets unless expressly agreed in writing.

7.4 Clients remain responsible for any trade mark registrations.

8. Personalised Products

8.1 Designs created for personalised products remain protected by copyright.

8.2 Purchasing a personalised product does not transfer copyright ownership of the design.

8.3 Customers may not reproduce or commercially exploit designs without permission.

9. Custom Clothing Designs

9.1 Artwork created for custom clothing remains protected by copyright.

9.2 Customers may use purchased products as intended but may not reproduce artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.

9.3 Additional production runs may require approval from Marsden Makes Co.

10. Digital Files
