No. Your package is based on time because every design job is different. A simple social graphic may use a small amount of time, while a detailed brochure or campaign will use more. This gives us the flexibility to focus on what your business genuinely needs.

Your hours cover the time I spend reviewing your request, setting up artwork, designing, making agreed amendments, and preparing your finished files.

No. Your hours are reserved specifically for your business in my diary each month, so they do not roll over. If you are not sure what to use them for, I can help you look ahead and identify the most valuable design work.

Additional Creative Hours can be booked at £65 per hour, subject to availability. I will always speak to you before your included hours are exceeded - no surprise invoices.

Full brand identities and complete rebrands, website builds, photography, video editing, specialist illustration, copywriting, printing and print costs are not included. If your idea falls outside the package, I will let you know before any work begins and point you towards the right next step where possible.

Turnaround depends on the size of the project, the information supplied, your available Creative Hours and my current diary. The more notice you can give me for events, launches and campaigns, the better. Urgent work cannot always be guaranteed and may require additional hours.

We will talk about your business, what design support you need and which package is the best fit. If we decide to work together, I will guide you through onboarding and getting your first request into the diary.
